Rule 24
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Secretary
: (1) Act and this Herakkatelkallahninmara chakalonmaknanane. Other functions, duties and powers of the Secretary of the Commission shall be as follows:-
(a) Staff Administration of the Commission: To perform work relating to,
(b) To prepare and publish the annual report of the Commission,
(c) To take or cause to be taken the progress report of the commission's work to the employees of the commission, to review it or to have it reviewed and to take the initiative to solve the problems found during such review or to have it done, to conduct on-site inspection or to give necessary instructions in this regard,
(d)/ To encourage or cause the employees of the Commission to do any exemplary, creative, investigative or investigative work as required,
(e) Co-ordinating or conducting administrative work among other agencies as required,
(f) to appoint the responsible officer (nodal officer) to hear complaints in the commission for the management of customer complaints, (g) to carry out financial administration and control of the commission, (h) To register, make, issue, order, issue in the name of the relevant branch the letters, petitions, complaints, clarifications and reports received in the Commission. (j) Allocating work to his subordinates from time to time,

(D) Conducting creative programs such as policy work training, seminars, workshops, etc. to increase the effectiveness of the Commission's work (d) To do other work necessary to implement the decisions of the Commission, Paragraphs (n) To verify the orders, decisions and recommendations of the Commission, (g) To appear in the meeting of the Commission; to prepare topics and submit them for discussion and to implement the decisions of the meeting.(d) Prepare and implement periodical plans related to the improvement and development of the commission, (d) Perform other tasks assigned by the commission. (2) According to this rule. The Registrar may delegate any of the powers he has received to an officer-level employee working in the Commission.
